While your reading is happening, you do nothing. You be you, just rest and relax. I’ll read your energy. If you need energy work from me to you, I’ll let you know that and I can do that remotely. It’s no different than Reiki energy. I simply work with my guides and yours to shift energetically, whatever needs to be moved. There is no discomfort involved, all you do is remain open to receive.
